Scotia Bank Tower
40 King Street West in one of Canada's premier buildings. A building envelope study was required and this prestigious building wanted the best. Boldstar completed a two stage pressuized and depressurized infrared thermographic scan.


Pressurized Scan
A typical example of what we found during the building study. During the pressurized scan air leakage was noted at the stone wall interface (at circle in photo).
A report was delivered that detailed all of the noted heat loss locations. The Boldstar infrared scan provided a high-tech advantage to this project.
